Marbella Ports - Find Out Which One Is Your Favorite Port In Marbella

Marbella's Sea & Beach Advantages
One of the best things about being in Marbella is being so close to the sea. Not only are there stunning beaches where you can spend your holiday soaking up the sun and providing many Marbella properties with fabulous sea views, but it also means there's plenty or fresh fish and seafood on offer, many yachts and boats to be admired in one of the surrounding ports and plenty of water sports to keep more active holiday makers busy.

The more well known ports in the area are full of restaurants, bars and shops. They are hives of activity and night life with plenty going on all year round. Some, such as Puerto Banus, are internationally renowned for attracting the attention of Marbella's rich and famous fans while others, such as Cabopino, tend to be better known by the Marbella locals.

Puerto Banus - The Luxury And Exclusive Port
One of the most famous areas in Marbella, Puerto Banus is packed full of restaurants, nightclubs, bars, designer shops, sports cars and super yachts.

The port is one of the most vibrant areas of Marbella, attracting glamorous holiday makers to the beach clubs and designer boutiques during the day, as well as revellers to the restaurants and bars at night. It's also a fantastic place to people watch and spend an afternoon watching the cars, boats and people go by while sipping a coffee or a cocktail.

Every sort of cuisine you could desire can be found in the port, from pizza and pasta on the port's front line to Argentinian steak, traditional spanish tapas and world famous Michelin star restaurants all within walking distance of the Marina.

Puerto Banus is also a very attractive part of town with plenty of sandy beaches stretching either side of the marina, while the stunning array of boats stretching across the 900 berths are really a sight to behold!

Marbella's Traditional Port
Consisting of 377 berths, Puerto Deportivo de Marbella is a bustling hub of restaurants and beach bars just a short walk away from Marbella's Old Town. There's plenty on offer to suit all tastes here, from exclusive modern restaurants to family run traditional eateries.

This is a family friendly port with play areas and activities for children, as well as an evening market on the western end. In the evening the port also has plenty of nightlife with the bars and clubs packed with locals and holidaymakers. Puerto Deportivo de Marbella is a great alternative for those looking for somewhere a little different (and a little cheaper!) than Puerto Banus.

Our Marbella East Port In Cabopino
This quiet marina, found between Marbella and Benalmadena, is one of Marbella's hidden gems. Because it cannot be seen from the road it is often overlooked by tourists, but it offers a fantastic range of bars and restaurants with a relaxed atmosphere and a local buzz.

Cabopino port is surrounded by beautiful beaches and beach bars, so it's the perfect place to spend the day during the summer, but be warned that to the west of the port is Playa Artola, which is a clothing optional beach.
